Tak_178：3.还去山上打坐啊，内观好几天。每天打坐十小时，我后来又开始慢慢的感受到那一种什么都不做的喜悦感跟自在，还有平静感。这是我过了两三年慢慢开始感受到的。我也希望说每个人如果你有这样的状态的时候，也可以慢慢的用自己的方式去找到那一份自在。
Tak_178：1.坏特的解说：专辑的最后一首歌快乐，是在讲我这两三年的心境。我这两三年就是不断的在找，什么才是我活着的快乐。因为开始做全职音乐人之后，我开始发现说，诶我的兴趣变成我的职业之后，我怎么没有我想象中的那种快乐雀跃有动力呢？
Azur养了一只猫：7-21我们一起去了Mao听live，全程我都有点进不去，但到了中程，坏特抱着木吉他，唱了抒情版的《夜走》，觉得真好。然后她唱了《快乐》，我一下眼眶就湿润了。这首歌就好像是我们送给彼此的一样
Tak_178：2.我怎么还是一种就是一到了空闲的时间、独处的时间就变得特别的空虚，然后特别的不满足、不开心，我怎么会这样子呢？那我就开始去找方法，我想要试着解决这个问题。那慢慢的呢经过两三年尝试各式各样不同的方法之后，甚至到最后呃身心灵各式各样的方式都尝试。
